Marvin Gutter
Board President
Board President, Marvin Gutter, is a gifted leader who has served on the Board
since the
Center's
inception in 1981. He is a recipient of
the prestigious Pro Bono Award of the 17th Judicial Circuit, and in addition has
received the J.C. Penny Award for outstanding volunteerism and the Citizen
Advocate of the Year Award presented by FLORIDA ARF. Marvin's exceptional
advocacy on the behalf of the Center's children and adults has created
extraordinary and unique opportunities for those we serve. He is a partner in
the law firm, Gutter, Chaves, Josepher, Rubin, Forman, Fleisher, P.A. and is
actively involved in the South Florida legal community and has been recognized
in the book, The Best Lawyers in America for his expertise in tax matters
and is the 2008-2009 recipient of the Gerald T. Hart Award presented by the Tax
Section of The Florida Bar to the Outstanding Tax Attorney of the Year in the
State of Florida

Grafton Carlson
Vice President
Treasurer, Grafton Carlson, is a private practice attorney in Fort
Lauderdale.
Mr. Carlson has served as a member of the Board of Directors since
1993. Mr. Carlson is an active
supporter of the Center's
special events in addition to his many pro
bono services.

Kelley
Treasurer
Bill Kelley has been an active member of the Center’s Board of Directors. With
over 35 years of banking experience, Mr. Kelley is the Executive Vice President
for the South Florida Region of CNL Bank. Mr. Kelley’s community activities
include the South Palm Beach March of Dimes, Read Across America, Cystic
Fibrosis, and the Professional Advocates Committee for Boca Raton Community

Neal B. Janov
Secretary
Secretary Neal Janov has served as a member of the Center’s Board of Directors
since October of 1982.
With his firm, Diversified Construction & Engineering Services, Mr. Janov is
actively involved in many of the Center's initiatives and projects. His
guidance and expertise have been instrumental in the development of over 30,000
square feet of construction over the years. Mr. Janov and his wife, Susie, are
active sponsors of the Center's
special events.

Jon Bandes
Mr. Bandes has
served as a member
of the Center’s

since 2005. Mr.
Bandes has been the
Administrative
Director of Planning
and Grant Programs
for Memorial
Healthcare System
since 1989. He is a
member of the
American College of
Healthcare
Executives and has
more than 30 years
of work experience
in healthcare. Mr.
Bandes was appointed
by the Governor and
served a three year
term on the Florida
Interagency
Collaborative
Council for Infants
and Toddlers. He
currently is a
member of the Health
Care Access
Committee of the
Broward Regional
Health Planning
Council and the
Special Needs
Advisory Council of
the Children’s
Services Council and
served as a member
of the Board of
Board of Family
Central, Inc.

Curtis
Bradley
Curtis Bradley became a member of the Center’s Board of Directors
in February 2007. He is a broker and the owner of
Bradley & Associates,
Realty which opened in 2004. Mr. Bradley is a member of several
community organizations including the South Broward Board of
Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National
Association of Realtors, and the American Legion. He has received
numerous awards in the field of real estate as well as recognition
for his 27 years of service in the Coast Guard, such as the Coast
Guard Meritorious Service Medal and the Coast Guard Achievement
Medal.

Maria Delegal
Maria Delegal joined the Ann Storck Center Board of Directors in
2008. As the Center’s Director of Development for several
years. Ms. Delegal was an asset in the Center’s fundraising
initiatives. After retiring from her position at the Center,
she remained an ardent advocate of the Center’s mission. Ms.
Delegal was President of the Women In Distress Auxiliary for two
years, assisting in fundraising endeavors. She also volunteered
with the organization for three years. Ms. Delegal has two
children and is in charge of growth and development of new
locations for her family’s business -
Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza.

Justin
Miller
Justin Miller has been a member of the Center’s Board of Directors since
September 2007. Mr. Miller is a professional mortgage consultant who stands
apart from the typical mortgage broker. From rates to closing costs, he
delivers what he promises 100% of the time. Mr. Miller is a respected authority
in the business and has been a source of information for The Wall Street Journal
and The Miami Herald. He was also featured in Florida Trend magazine for 14
young Floridians who are already experienced businesspeople. Unlike a bank, Mr.
Miller is able to search through over 50 of the top lenders and banks to find
the best product and rate for his clients. He builds lifelong relationships
with his clients. He consults with each client to
find the perfect loan to fit their family’s current and future needs.
Mr. Miller provides his clients with an exclusive first class VIP experience by
educating them on every aspect of the loan and keeping them updated on a daily
basis as to the next step in the loan process. Mr. Miller received a Bachelors
of Science in both Finance and Accounting and has a background as an Underwriter
and Account Executive for a bank/lender that dealt directly with mortgage
brokers. This background provided him insight as to how bank view at a loan,
what mortgage brokers did right, and more importantly, what they did wrong.
With this knowledge, Mr. Miller established his own company. Now he is a part
of Great Florida Bank’s Residential Mortgage Division. Back to Top |

Perlmutter
Rosalind “Roz”
Perlmutter is the
President of Pearl
Artist and Craft and
Pearl Paint. She is
a devoted wife,
mother of five,
successful
businesswoman,
talented artist, and
active
philanthropist,
joined the Center’s
Board of Directors
in December 2006.
Mrs. Perlmutter
previously served on
the Center’s
Honorary Board, was
a founding Board
member of Gilda’s
Club South Florida,
served on the boards
of charities,
including Joe
DiMaggio Children’s
Hospital Foundation,
volunteered with the
Love Jen Family
Festival, the
“Snowflake Ball” for
the Baudhuin School
and the National
Keratoconus
Foundation. Mrs.
Perlmutter has been
honored by several
agencies for her
support of their
mission, among which
are the Simon
Weisenthal Center,
and the Weizman
Institute of
Science. In April
2006, she was one of
12 women honored by
the 1000+ Club of
the American Cancer
Society at their
“Women of the Year”
Annual Luncheon.
Mrs. Perlmutter
established the “Hearts
of Broward”,
an Auxiliary whose
sole purpose is to
raise friends and
funds for the Ann
Storck Center and
has served as the
chair of the
Center’s annual
Celebrity Chefs
Food, Tasting &

Marie Richardson, R.N.
community volunteer and
activist, has been involved
at the Ann Storck Center for
over 25 years. Marie
recently was honored on
National Philanthropy Day by
Nova Southeastern University
for her work with the Love
Jen Fund for children with
cancer. She is a consultant
for Stand for Children and a
supporter of Gilda's Club.
A
long-time Advisory Board
member, she now serves on
the Human Rights Committee
of the Center’s
Board. Marie and her
husband, Ray, were honored
with the Lifetime
Achievement Award at Nova’s
Snowflake Ball Luncheon in
November 2006..

Ira Schimmel, an Executive Vice President of Terramark Construction Services,
Inc., and his wife Sheri, have been long time supporters of the Center. Ira is
a strong advocate for the Center and it's program participants. He has
significantly contributed to the success of the Center's
special events and fundraising activities.
Ira's community involvement includes serving as the Financial Secretary for
Temple Beth Orr and as an Advisory Board Member for the Tournament Players Club
at Eagle Trace. Ira was also honored as the Outstanding College Athlete of
America for golf as a college student.

Doris Kulik Sipos, MA, CFRE
Doris
Sipos joined the Center’s Board of Directors in 2007. She has worked in the
field of philanthropy for more than 30 years. Mrs. Sipos served as Executive
Director of Memorial Foundation and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation
until her retirement in 2002. Mrs. Sipos is a long-time member of the
Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).She was honored by AFP as an
Outstanding Professional Fundraiser in Broward County in 2002 and received the
“Spirit of Healing Award” from Memorial Healthcare System in 2003. She is the
co-founder of the Partnership In Philanthropy as well as the Fundamentals of
Fundraising course offered to non-profit agencies in South Florida and New
Jersey. In 2003, Mrs. Sipos established a fund-raising consulting firm,
“Philanthropic Development Solutions.” She and her husband, Robert, have two
children and two grandchildren.
In 2009, Mrs. Sipos was honored as “Women of
the Year” by the American Cancer Society.

Board member Howard Usher is a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer with Sun
Trust Bank of South Florida. Mr. Usher is also a member of the Long-Range
Planning Committee and has been instrumental in securing a number of
trusts and
bequests
for the Center's children. He has served as auction co-chair for the annual
Celebrity Chef's fundraising event
held each fall. Howard is a strong advocate for the children of the Center and
has contributed to their well being through his volunteerism.. Back to Top

Nicole Wheeler
Nicole Wheeler joined the Center’s Board in September 2007. As
the Special Events Manager at the Seminole
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, Ms. Wheeler
brought a multitude of talent and professional expertise to the
Center. With her event experience, Ms. Wheeler is an asset in
organizing the Center’s Annual Celebrity Chef Food Tasting &
Auction, as well as many events through the Center’s Hearts of
Broward auxiliary group. She has been involved with the United
Way Women’s Way, Williams Syndrome Association and served on the
Winterfest Black Tie Ball committee. She is currently working
towards her Master’s Degree in Dublin, Ireland.
