Marvin Gutter
Board President
Board President, Marvin
Gutter, is a gifted leader who has served on the Board since the
Center's
inception in 1981. He is a recipient of the
prestigious Pro Bono Award of the 17th Judicial Circuit, and in addition has
received the J.C. Penny Award for outstanding volunteerism and the Citizen
Advocate of the Year Award presented by FLORIDA ARF. Marvin's exceptional
advocacy on the behalf of the Center's children and adults has created
extraordinary and unique opportunities for those we serve. He is a partner
in the law firm
Tescher, Gutter, Chaves,
Josepher, Rubin, Ruffin & Forman,
and is actively involved in the South Florida legal community and has been
recognized in the book, The Best Lawyers in America for his
expertise in tax matters.

Second Vice President,
Virginia Benenati-Steinweg, a charter Board member, chairs the Center's Human
Rights Committee and also serves on both the Ways and Means Committee and Group
Home Advisory Board. Virginia and her late husband, Dr. Joseph Benenati were
founding benefactors of the Ann Storck Center's
Developmental Training Program.
In 1977, Virginia founded Auxiliary East for Charity, which gave substantial
support to the Center for 10 years. She has dedicated her life to helping
people with developmental disabilities serving on the Board of Directors of the
Association for Retarded Citizens and the Gold Cost Auxiliary for Autistic
Children. She was Treasurer of the Marion Center Auxiliary and is the
former
Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Independent Living.

Grafton Carlson
Treasurer
Treasurer, Grafton Carlson,
is a private practice attorney in Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Carlson has
served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1993 Mr. Carlson is
an active supporter of the Center's
special events
in addition to his many pro bono services.

Neal B. Janov
Secretary
Secretary Neal Janov has
served as a member of the Center’s Board of Directors since October of 1982. With his firm,
Diversified Construction Engineering Services, Mr. Janov is
actively involved in many of the Center's initiatives and projects. His
guidance and expertise have been instrumental in the development of over 30,000
square feet of
construction over the years. Neal and his wife Susie are active sponsors
of the Center's
special events.

Jael Aldunate
Jael Aldunate is a Vice President, Sales and Services
Performance Coach with Banco
Popular. Before
serving on the Board, she served on the Honorary Board.
Ms. Aldunate has served as a member of the
Center’s Board of Directors since 2005. Ms. Aldunate
also heads the Center's Professional's Group auxiliary.
She has traveled extensively, living in
Africa, Asia and Europe
and is fluent in English, French,
Spanish and Portuguese. Ms. Aldunate
is a triathlete,
a yellow belt in Karate and successful businesswoman.

Jon Bandes
Mr. Bandes has
served as a member
of the Center’s
Board of Directors
since 2005.
Jon Bandes has been
the Administrative
Director of Planning
and Grant Programs
for Memorial
Healthcare System
since 1989. He is a
diplomat of the
American College of
Healthcare
Executives and has
more than 30 years
of work experience
in healthcare. Mr.
Bandes was appointed
by the Governor to a
three year term on
the Florida
Interagency
Collaborative
Council for Infants
and Toddlers. He has
served on the
Broward Policy
Council and the
Broward School
Readiness Coalition
and is on the Board
of Family Central,
Inc.

Curtis
Bradley
Curtis Bradley became a member of the Center’s Board of
Directors in February 2007. He is a broker and the owner of
Bradley & Associates, Realty
which opened in 2004. Mr. Bradley is a member of several
community organizations including the South Broward Board of
Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National
Association of Realtors, and the American Legion. Mr. Bradley is
also a Corporate Trustee of the Broward County Chamber of
Commerce. He has received numerous awards in the field of real
estate as well as recognition for his 27 years of service in the
Coast Guard, such as the Coast Guard Meritorious Service Medal and
the Coast Guard Achievement Medal.

Maria Delegal
Maria Delegal joined the
Ann Storck Center Board of Directors in 2008.
As the Center’s Director of
Development for several years, Ms. Delegal was an asset in the
Center’s fundraising initiatives.
After retiring from her position at
the Center, she remained an ardent advocate of the Center’s
mission.
Ms. Delegal was President of the
Women In Distress Auxiliary for two years, assisting in
fundraising endeavors.
She also volunteered with the
organization for three years.
Ms. Delegal has two children and is in
charge of growth and development of new locations for her
family’s business -
Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza.

Nicole Fraser
Nicole Fraser joined the Center’s Board
in September 2007. As the Special Events Manager at the Seminole
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in
Hollywood, FL, Mrs. Fraser brings a multitude of talent and
professional expertise to the Center. She is pivotal in producing
many events at the Hard Rock, such as Tony Sopranos Swan Song,
Shaquille O’Neal’s 35th Birthday Party, and the
Winterfest Black Tie Ball. With her event experience, Mrs. Fraser
is an asset in organizing the Center’s Annual Celebrity Chef Food
Tasting & Auction, as well as many events through the Center’s
Hearts of Broward auxiliary group. She has been involved with the
United Way Women’s Way, Williams Syndrome Association and served
on the Winterfest Black Tie Ball committee. Prior to moving to
South Florida, Mrs. Fraser worked in Washington, D.C. at the
production company Williams & Gerard, producing a variety of
events, large and small, and developing her skills in video
production. She is a native of Washington, D.C. growing up in the
Georgetown area. She is married to Paul Fraser who works in the
hospitality industry and the couple resides in Dania, FL.

Kelley
Bill Kelley is a banker with
CNL Bank. A licensed life insurance agent, Mr. Kelley earned a Bachelor's Degree from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, MI, where he studied both economics and psychology. Mr. Kelley's community activities include Board of Governors of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, March of Dimes, Kids 4 Kids Fill-a-Backpack campaign, and Read Across America. He also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of Boca Raton Community Hospital.

Justin
Miller
Mr. Miller is the owner
of JB Mortgage & Financial Services located in Florida and Pennsylvania. He
joined the Center’s Board of Directors in September 2007. Mr. Miller also
serves as the President of the Plantation Chapter of BNI (Business Network
International, the world’s largest networking group) and is a Board member of
the Lupus Foundation of America, Southeast Florida Chapter. He has a background
in Finance and Accounting and was featured in the July 2007 edition of Florida
Trend magazine for Entrepreneurs in their 20’s. Mr. Miller played
semi-professional tennis as a youth and continues to play tennis in South

Max Osceola
Max B. Osceola is recognized throughout the Indian and non-Indian communities, both locally and nationally as a strong leader. He is currently serving his TENTH 2-year term as the Hollywood Council Representative. His service to the Tribe has had a positive impact. Through his untiring efforts, he has made obvious economical, cultural and educational advances for his people. The welfare of the Tribe has advanced rapidly under his leadership.

Rosalind “Roz”
Perlmutter
Rosalind “Roz”
Perlmutter, devoted
wife, mother of
five, successful
businesswoman,
talented artist, and
active
philanthropist,
joined the Center’s
Board of Directors
in December 2006.
Mrs. Perlmutter
previously served on
the Center’s
Honorary Board, was
a founding Board
member of Gilda’s
Club South Florida,
served on the boards
of charities,
including Joe
DiMaggio Children’s
Hospital Foundation,
volunteered with the
Love Jen Family
Festival, the
“Snowflake Ball” for
the Baudhuin School
and the National
Keratoconus
Foundation. Mrs.
Perlmutter has been
honored by several
agencies for her
support of their
mission, among which
are the Simon
Weisenthal Center,
and the Weizman
Institute of
Science. In April
2006, she was one of
12 women honored by
the 1000+ Club of
the American Cancer
Society at their
“Women of the Year”
Annual Luncheon.
Mrs. Perlmutter
established the “Hearts
of Broward”,
an Auxiliary whose
sole purpose is to
raise friends and
funds for the Ann
Storck Center and
has served as the
chair of the
Center’s annual
Celebrity Chefs
Food, Tasting &
Auction.

Marie Richardson,
R.N. community volunteer and activist, has been
involved at the Ann Storck Center for over 25 years. Marie recently was
honored on National Philanthropy Day by Nova Southeastern University
for her work with the Love Jen Fund for children with cancer. She
is a
consultant for Stand for Children and a supporter of Gilda's Club.
A long-time Advisory Board member, she now
served on the Human Rights Committee of the Center’s Board. Marie and
her husband, Ray, were honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at
Nova’s Snowflake Ball Luncheon in November 2006.

Ira Schimmel, an Executive
Vice President of Terramark Construction Services, Inc., and his wife Sheri,
have been long time supporters of the Center. Ira is a strong advocate for
the Center and it's program participants. He has significantly contributed
to the success of the Center's
special events and fundraising activities.
Ira's community involvement includes serving as the Financial Secretary for
Temple Beth Orr and as an Advisory Board Member for the Tournament Players Club
at Eagle Trace. Ira was also honored as the Outstanding College Athlete of
America for golf as a college student.

Doris Kulik Sipos, MA, CFRE
Doris
Sipos joined the Center’s Board of Directors in 2007. She has worked in the
field of philanthropy for more than 30 years. Mrs. Sipos served as Executive
Director of Memorial Foundation and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation
until her retirement in 2002. Mrs. Sipos is a long-time member of the
Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).She was honored by AFP as an
Outstanding Professional Fundraiser in Broward County in 2002 and received the
“Spirit of Healing Award” from Memorial Healthcare System in 2003. She is the
co-founder of the Partnership In Philanthropy as well as the Fundamentals of
Fundraising course offered to non-profit agencies in South Florida and New
Jersey. In 2003, Mrs. Sipos established a fund-raising consulting firm,
“Philanthropic Development Solutions.” She and her husband, Robert, have two
children and two grandchildren.

Board member Howard Usher is
a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer with Sun Trust Bank of South Florida.
Mr. Usher is also a member of the Long-Range Planning Committee and has been
instrumental in securing a number of
trusts and bequests
for the Center's children. He has served as auction co-chair for the annual
Celebrity Chef's fundraising event
held each
fall. Howard is a strong advocate for the children of the Center and has
