With the generosity of our community, we have already received many of the items needed to complete this exciting project.  However, there is still more to do to finish this space for our residents.  The following items are still needed in order to complete this project:

How You Can Help

Make a Cash Contribution

Volunteer
Award a Grant

Donate To Our Annual Campaign

The Ann Storck Center raises approximately 50% of its therapy and therapeutic budget and 20% of its preschool budget through private donations, although that percentage varies greatly depending on government funding.  Through the support of many notable individuals and philanthropic organizations, the Center has been able to provide necessary services for its children and adults and, in increments, expand its services to many others in need in our community.  The Center does its part by keeping administrative costs less than 10%.  Unfortunately, there are many in need on our waiting lists.

There are many ways to give to the children and adults of the Ann Storck Center.  Private contributions, donations of time, talent and goods, bequests, and grants are all necessary to maintain our high standard of care.  Please review the options below and see how you can help our children and adults "discover their abilities and build independence."

Make a Cash Contribution
You can make a meaningful difference by making a cash donation to the Center.  You can direct where you want your contribution to go, or choose for it to go to the greatest area of need which is determined annually by the Board. All moneys are dedicated to providing essential therapeutic equipment and educational programming, services and materials. For example: $50 supports a young child for a full day of preschool learning and care.

Participate in a Fundraising Event
Several of our events provide ample opportunities for involvement through sponsorship, "roll up your sleeves" volunteerism or even just your presence as a guest.

Make a Contribution of Services
Many of our ventures would not have been possible without invaluable donations of service, materials or special equipment. If you have a special ability, share your talent for the benefit of our residents and program participants.

Volunteer
The Center is honored to be affiliated with local auxiliaries. In addition, many individuals volunteer to work with the residents and students at the Center.  Students and adults alike have ample opportunities to assist with special events in the DTP, preschool, or volunteer through the Arts in Motion program.

Award a Grant
Many of our programs started from the generosity of local and national Foundations. The seed money allows our creative staff to implement innovative, meaningful programs to help our children and adults enhance their personal skills and improve their emotional and physical well being.

Designate through a Bequest or Trust
What better way to make your life forever meaningful. The Center has a special package to make the process simple and to ensure your generous gesture will make a difference for others.
