Thank you Comcast & Hands On Broward!

Comcast Cares Day, which takes place each April during National Volunteer Month, is Comcast NBCUniversal’s company wide celebration of their year-round commitment to service and the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteer effort in the country. Comcast is celebrating its 15th year of Comcast Cares Day!
This year, Comcast chose to volunteer at Ann Storck Center to support our mission of enriching the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities. Comcast and Hands on Broward brought 800 volunteers, inspired by volunteerism and community, and transformed our main campus through their generosity. Projects included mural painting, landscaping, building privacy fences and painting others. Comcast volunteers also built and installed wooden benches and even provided Xfinity Wifi for the entire campus!
On behalf of the individuals we serve, we want to extend a heart felt thank you to all those who came to volunteer and for your commitment to community. We could not provide the quality service for the individuals who participate in our programs without support form the community. Thank you for choosing to be a part of ours.
