In-Home Respite
The In-Home Respite Program provides caregivers of children and young adults with special needs a much-needed break from the daily challenges of caregiving. By offering short-term relief in a safe, supportive, and enriching environment, the program helps reduce caregiver stress, prevent burnout, and improve overall family well-being. Families can recharge,
knowing their child is receiving quality, compassionate care at home.
This support not only strengthens caregivers but also enhances the quality of life for the children served by encouraging growth, enrichment, and social interaction.
Who's Eligible?
Ages 3-22
Documented Diagnosis
Must live in Broward County

Weekend Respite
Funded by the Jim Moran Foundation, Ann Storck Center is excited to introduce a new center based Weekend Respite Program for families of children with special needs. Respite provides parents and caregivers a much-needed pause to recharge, while ensuring children are supported in a safe and nurturing environment.
The program is available to children ages 3 to 17 and will be offered on Fridays from 6pm to 10pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
This program offers children the chance to work on developmental & socio-emotional skills in a structured environment. Participants must be able to function in a 1:4 ratio.
