Victory Living Programs
It is with great pride and excitement for the future that we announce Ann Storck Center (ASC) has acquired Victory Living Program (VLP), bringing together two organizations committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Since 1974, VLP has been serving individuals and families as a valued part of this community under the dedicated leadership of former Executive Director Bobbi Wigand. In early 2025, after 25 years together in the community, ASC CEO Pat Murphy and Bobbi reconnected to discuss opportunities to strengthen and grow VLP's impact. That conversation sparked a renewed vision, and after nearly a year of collaboration and a shared commitment to those served, Victory Living Program officially merged with Ann Storck Center on July 1, 2026.
About Victory Living Programs
This acquisition expands Ann Storck Center's comprehensive network of services, adding supported living, employment, community inclusion, and recreational programs to our continuum of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across our South Florida Community.
Supported Living
Empowers adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in safe, supportive homes while receiving personalized coaching with daily living skills, finances, transportation, and community integration. Clients are thoughtfully matched with roommates or may choose to live independently, fostering confidence, connection, and independence.
Employment
Connects adults with disabilities to meaningful career opportunities while building the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Through individualized job coaching, placement assistance, and ongoing support, clients gain confidence, increase independence, and thrive in competitive employment.
Adult Day Training
Provides adults with disabilities opportunities to learn new skills, volunteer, build lasting friendships, and actively engage in their community. Through enriching daily activities and personalized support, participants gain confidence, foster independence, and enhance their quality of life in a fun, inclusive environment.
