We are exciting to announce that our Adult Day Training (ADT) building will be undergoing construction. This new multi-functional space will enhance the activities and socialization for our program participants with developmental disabilities.
Our Tribute Tiles will allow supporters assist in the beautification of this project, with a tile that will be forever displayed on the interior walls of ADT.

Can I customize my tile?
Yes, you will be able to choose between (3) color options as seen in the examples provided above. The messaging can be customized to your choice. We can assist in suggestions if needed. Email jweiss@annstorckcenter.org for assistance.
Can I have a company logo?
Yes, a single logo can be added to one tile. You can choose to have wording added or just the logo. All logos will have to be approved before fabrication to ensure quality. We ask that you provide a high quality logo file in black/white with transparent background.
Can I choose the font?
No. The fonts and layout will not be customizable.
Will a proof be provided?
Yes. Upon receiving all necessary information, you will be emailed a copy of the proof.
Can I revise the proof?
You will have a final opportunity to change the messaging if necessary but the design, layout and fonts are standardized.
Where will the tile be displayed?
The tile will be displayed on an interior wall of the new Adult Day Training at the Ann Storck Center Fort Lauderdale Main Campus when completed.
Can I have multiple tiles?
Yes. There are no limit on the number of tiles. Each tile is subject to a minimum donation of $50.
Is my tile tax deductible?
Yes. Ann Storck Center is a registered 501(c)(3).
